Can you wholesale a Short sale listed property?

I've come across a property in the MLS that is listed as a short sale. Knowing what a short sale is, I wanted to ask you guys (bigger pockets) can you still wholesale a short sale listed property? Is there anything different from wholesaling a regular property?

This is near impossible to do. The banks have so many regulations to prevent exactly this - you are wasting your time.
