That way, you’re not scrambling to find buyers after getting a house under contract.Delegate Low-Impact Tasks: Anything that doesn’t directly contribute to getting deals closed (like research or lead scrubbing) can be outsourced, freeing you up for high-value activities like negotiations.Is it Worth the Time?

I have wanted to start investing in real estate for a while now and I have recently taken the next step by educating myself on the process I plan to purchase my first rental within the coming year.

More rental income than a long term rental (LTR) but less than a short term rental (STR) property.One thing to keep in mind is you are responsible for furnishing and maintaining the property and you might also be responsible for utilities. 

I've been actively searching for and analyzing multifamily and single-family deals, making calls, and submitting offers.

I am aiming to keep this long term.I plan on asking for repairs but I strongly doubt I will even get a discount.
