They should know you as being in the company and gradually take charge in thier eyes, as a manager would.

I may just keep an eye on this one until I get more experience, though.Side note, I've had a lot of success on finding vacants and using the website I describe to find homeowners names, addresses, etc.

There are some great "Note" guys here on the site, so definitely keep an eye out.
