@Neil Ridens, this should be pretty straight forward, contact the sponsor for instructions, but keep in mind that some syndicators don't want to work with custodians and will only accept investments from Checkbook IRA or Solo 401k (which also offers "checkbook control").

Since a garage is typically a pretty important area for staging materials, trash and storing/delivering big items like appliances and cabinets, I tend to make sure the garage door is in good working order first thing.If I deal with keys, I keep a lock box on the front door with instructions to put the key back each night.

I have since closed down my bank account and have instructed my tenants to either pay me by way of check (and then I'll use the postmark date to assess late fees), or I have set up an account with erentpayment.com that will not allow for partial payments.That being said, I have one tenant that's a constant pain in my ash.
