Their new conference room table is this huge wood table that the new designer just bought because she felt it looked high-end and professional...it did, at first.

I have also thought about just getting a big slab of wood from Ikea or a box store or laminating one myself and loading it up with tung oil.  

The way to tell if there is a bx cable is look inside the box and you will see a grommet attached to the box - this sort of system is tied into existing electrical systems by way of steel connections through out and generally lead to the grounded service panel.Theoretically, if there is a steel box attached to a wood stud, this should ground out the outlet.

A water heater had been leaking in a SFR we own and the wood stand it was on and the drywall behind the water heater had mold an area about the size of the water heater, so not too major.

There are burn marks in the hardwood flooring and the wood steps.

But, the legislation specifies "soft-story" apartment buildings, like the one below, where part of the first level is basically a covered parking area propped up by wood.
