Great neighborhood, that’s where I live but not ideal for REI..Most apts are Coops the majority of boards won’t allow you to rent and if they do there will be restrictions..SFHs, Multis or Condos prices are very high, it will be difficult for positive cash flow every month..

 Hey everyone I feel that I have bumped into situation and this is how it goes, I ended up selling my duplex Investment (cash) closing still hasn’t taken effect it is in process as of now I figured I’d use the finalize contract to show proof of funds and start getting Preapproved for my next investment which is a four Plex.
