With desktop you can have multiple files under one program.  

It sounds like a good loan program.  

Fannie Mae has their home steps program which you can easily set up searches on, and the same with Freddie Mac first look.

please let me know if anyone has heard of this new program or has more investment related problems to look out for on this CA program, BTW here is the link and i also read that it needs to be owner occupied for the 30yr term ??

There is not rent cap so one of the first criteria will be to charge more, which is not going to help the people that the city council says they are trying to help.Originally the mayor talked about a program that would reward landlords who kept there rents at a reasonable rate, I don't know if it would be a cut on property taxes or what since we don't have state taxes but I would have been fine with that but it never came to fruition?!

When I work with landlords around here I often run into tension when I tell people the owners "are not participating in the section 8 program at this time" and then I have people trying to tell me that the owners HAVE TO accept section 8.  

Does anyone from PA or NJ know anything or have any experience with Bill Becker and his mentoring program through American Real Estate Investing Institute.

There may be programs in your state that offer grants to help with down payments.
