PA or NJ Mentoring Program

Does anyone from PA or NJ know anything or have any experience with Bill Becker and his mentoring program through American Real Estate Investing Institute. I've heard great things about Bill and know he has been in the RE game for a long time. From his website it says he specializes in foreclosures and sheriff sales. I believe he is the real deal when it comes to 1 on 1 mentors but some of the horror stories on here just have me trying to get any info or anyone who has done the program.
