Repeat customer with a specific loan agent?

Really can be anyone except for heavy items or medical customers...price it accordingly and you'll find people interested

It's not a common size at 21" W x 46" H, but I wouldn't think a basic custom ordered window would be too expensive.

Back in the heydays of turnkeys--like 2011-2013--TK providers could get away with being whatever level of jerk-off they wanted to because the deals were so good, personality and customer service took a major backseat.

If you are going to do that and it is not the local custom, your units will appear to be much higher priced and will not attract as many applicants. 

Their customer service doesn't seem to really be extremely helpful as they just send you to 1,000 forum posts.

I vetted Turnkey companies until I found a couple that met my expectations and are getting great reviews from their customers.

In my opinion, this should be a customer service they provide for good will. 

@Nancy LuccaContractors with good reviews have a lot of customers, and aren't super motivated to come out and give estimates, free or paid.
