Buildium Users: Help?!

My broker and I started a property management company and are using the Buildium platform for all of our properties. We are getting more familiar with the program, however, are just getting caught up with some of the accounting. Their customer service doesn't seem to really be extremely helpful as they just send you to 1,000 forum posts. I'm wondering if there are any BP members out there that are using Buildium and would be open to consulting with us on the accounting side. We would of course be happy to pay you for your time.
