Aside from the normal concerns of letting a stranger stay with you… business people are busy people or they’re done with being busy and value their freedom.

I would talk to him (if you're comfortable) and let him know the behavior is unacceptable, that you are concerned he may end up in jail and unable to pay rent or stay, and it would be in everyone's best interest for him to leave now rather than be forced out.

Hi @Kira DAnnunzio,Your idea sounds good at first but here's a concern ... as time goes by you will have less and less of a security deposit in your hands, and @#$#@ happens. 

As I’m looking, my main concern is vacancy, since if I can’t get tenants to rent by the room I won’t be eliminating my housing cost.

My primary concerns are the areas the inspector noted should be checked out by a licensed structural contractor, detailed below. 1.

She is a true professional in the area and can assist you with all your real estate needs and concerns. 

Tenant's wage is not your concern.

From what I have seen, business loans can use collateral but are shorter term, so I am concerned about the monthly payment.
