The squatters would have to go through the legal process, which they won't because they know they have no evidence of legal occupation.The worst that could happen is violence, so you should only attempt this if you are prepared to defend yourself.

Hello,In chapter five of Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, he briefly recounts how he made $40,000 with 5 hours of work by buying a "courthouse" property, listing it for less than market value, having the buyer sign a 10% promissory note, and then have the buyer assume all liability.Can someone explain to me what exactly he did, and whether it is legal anymore (especially in Idaho)?

When prices compared to rent were more affordable, I thought the 50% rule was conservative in San Diego but I no longer believe this to be the case. 50% rule is fairly close easy predictor.
