I then check the state department of corporations website and lookup the llc however it doesnt list the members names so it's not clear who actually owns the property.says i can order a copy of the articles, which would give me the members, but it comes in the mail so it will be slow and costs $10.is there any online resource where i can view this information immediately?

Not saying they can't seek a full payoff, but the justification to do so will be harder, and I'd bet they won't, especially if the interest rate on the note is higher than the current rate.Later on, you can do a sub-2, effective when the mortgage is paid off.See your attorney, then call the bank back.....good luck!

I'd bet if you called RE attorneys and told them you'd be interested in using them as you are looking for investment properties they might review your existing contract for zip, less than 200 bucks I'd think, ask them to look at it as to "form and content".

There are many mentors that have marketed themselves well and cover the entire nation, but the truth is, although they may have a lot of experience, they may not be an expert in your area.With that said, there are many investment clubs in Houston and online resources that can provide you with a lot of helpful information.
