Vancouver newbie waving hands

Hello everyone!
I have been browsing around in BP for a month and the advices provided and the discussions are just awesome.
I am a completely newbie and very interested in doing wholesale.
Very interested yet worried. I really need a mentor to give me some guidance.
I have been searching online for more information for quite a long time but most of it is about the market in US.
I want to know more about doing wholesale in British Columbia, especially in Vancouver or Greater Vancouver.
Thank you!

Sherry, a potential buyer could be a good mentor, but many of them are just as clueless as someone starting out. Many people come to BP searching for a mentor, and finding someone who is really willing to take time to share information and experiences with someone they do not know is very difficult. I think the best thing you can do is to continue to learn the fundamentals of real estate and what it takes to be a good wholesaler. Wholesaling is often pitched as some easy money making system, but in reality there is nothing easy about it.

Have you tried attending local real estate investing association or club meetings? They can be a good place to discuss with others who have been around the market. There are some very successful wholesalers here on BP and they all started out small and worked their way up...find out how they did it and pay special attention to their advise.
