Great living room, 2 decent size bedrooms and a nice big bathroom.

I own an up to date high rise condo in the Lake Merritt area of Oakland that is paid off and rented to excellent tenants in a month to month currently.  

Come to think of it, we bought 40 condos last year(no down).

XYZ, LLC will pay Brandon rent by paying the utilities directly"...Our home office is a whole bedroom in our house with desks and printer and computer stations and everything, white board, filing cabinets. 

I am moving into an apartment closer to work this month, and was thinking about trying our Air BnB to rent my extra bedroom.

@Justin Brophy, congrats on the new condo! 

Would a new, wood, privacy fence on one side only (all 3 bedrooms) necessarily be a selling point by which I could recoup the fence investment, or would it instead be a turn off and potentially lose me prospective buyers?

Only problem I ever heard of was back in the day some condo associations didn’t have enough primary residence owners and the whole complex would be off limits. 

I'm looking at a condo purchase where the legal owner is in some way incapacitated and her attorney is conducting the sale.
