You can try a power washer first to remove most, if not all, chipping paint....then wire brush, Then use a paint called "DTM" ....short for "direct to metal"    You can get it at Sherwin WilliamsCheers

Build your power team as you go! 

I absolutely LOVE real estate and the power that it holds.

You should be able to find a mentor, education, amazing contacts for your power team, and in general being surrounded by a ton of motivated and like minded people!

So we get lower bah (i.e. free leveraging power) and still have higher expenses.If we had DC I would buy a great four plex.

I am a new member seeking to develop my power team.
