Hello

I'm a new investor from and living in Indiana. I am coming from a entrepreneur background. I absolutely LOVE real estate and the power that it holds. I am currently in the process of selling a business of mine and I should have over 50k to reinvest. I want to look into real estate but I need advice. I have signed up for a few coaching programs (semi scams) and did not see the results that were promised and I've read that this is the place to come to network and find answers and become educated. I am very interested in flipping, and renting. I know both are in different realms of the business but as a 28 year old, cash is king to me and making cash is more important but as I make cash, the goal is to invest in passive income properties so that I can retire young. Any help or people that are well known in Indiana that I should contact or have any help in the area would be VERY MUCH appreciated and I look forward to meeting and networking on here :-) Happy Holidays
