Vania Castillo In CA, there are "franchise" haulers per city, this means that they are the exclusive haulers within city limits, somecities have multiple authorized haulers.

@Stephen Dickey A payoff for a Deed of Trust requires that the borrower of record or someone authorized in writing contact the lender with a written request.
