Hi, I'm on the look out for an investor friendly attorney in the Middlesex County area that has experience with Wholesale assignment closures, lease option, & owner financing contracts. Also would need understanding of Self-Directed IRA to assist with drafting up private lending contracts.

I did another search for NJ attorneys and found a recommendation for Goodson Law Offices in Montclair NJ.  Going to give them a try and see if we can do business together.
