I negotiated and now have control of mine and my ex husband’s 3 air BnB properties.

Plenty of condo’s in FL with high Air BnB potential as well, especially if you find condo’s close to attraction parks or the beach.

On the other hand, we might find a more local property to buy and go Air B&B. 

Some companies will have limits on the # of boarders or the duration (ie Air BnB).

So there is a lot that wouldn’t need done, plenty of rooms to either do rent by the room, air bnb, steady tenants, etc, lot of options but with that comes a lot of headaches.

I’ve never found a problem but what if an air conditioner was stolen, or the appliances removed? 

I wish I had too many so I was unable to do this, but I have set AIR BnB to autobook on my best house and permission only with AIR BnB. 

just going by what I have learned Your situation most likely is different Stop any mold of you have any    Mold doesn’t like dry, bright conditions with air flow I put out 2 US flags.  

Without that, someone has to agree to pay; commissions don't just appear out of thin air!

I don't want to sell really, and air bnb is too much work for me currently.
