One of the things about being skilled in something is that to the untrained eye, it looks easy.

PM is definitely a great skill to learn. 

I would consider you at a higher skill level than a lot of one property landlords out there.

You can also look for a partner that can bring money to the deal, as long as you have complementing skill sets and symmetrical goals.

The good ones that are compliant, skillful, and professional are doing large high-margin deals and won't return your calls.

If you’re skilled at marketing direct to seller than it’s possible but still not easy because of the competition here.

Not every contractor posses the same skills and their price will reflect that, it’s not bad just the truth.Keep confident in yourself and know you will learn construction along the way!
