Best of luck. i personally tried FF last offseason. the rates people offered for my place were about 1/3 of my already lower offseason rates.

my business is building new homes and i have 12 presales currently so just finishing those up and they will all close so rates are not affecting me. 

That is my back ground along with being in education since 2010.

I have 8 doors with them and this last year one of my homes had massive fire damage.
