I am looking to house hack, but I am having issues finding the right markets in Northern California that have good population growth or at least a market that has a steady stream of tenants.

Overall I have had a very predictable and overall positive experience investing with them across a few different markets for years. 

I can’t speak much about NC’s market, but if you’re struggling to find the right deal locally, consider exploring other markets.

I’d like to diversify into another market in the near future - so we may be looking again in Montgomery.
