Maybe I did a bad job explaining myself but what I am basically is asking is as experienced investors, what are some terms that come up in every day life as an investor that you would tell someone you are mentoring to learn asap.

That happens every day, and is not the same as raising money from people you don't already know.

I can take 5 or ten year warrantys on the home threw my broker to cover large repairs and just send my guys over small things and painting etc...Every day I wake up with a different approach as I want to be precise but also enjoy this.
