55+ properties in Florida
Hi I'm wondering if anyone thinks that in 55+ communities the age limit might change sometime in the future? These condos are selling for dirt cheap prices and maybe because of the current state of the Real Estate prices maybe someone might think about changing the age limit on these condos to get better prices? Is it all possible? I don't know who governs these properties.
