@Greg LyonsIt sounds like the concept that’s commonly referred to as “Velocity Banking’…if you do an internet search of that term, there is a lot of material (both in favor and opposed to the strategy).  

Not sure if the family is open to the shared wall concept

I understand the concept but very rarely does this occur.
