Cost Segregation study for single home rental

looking to get a cost seg from my rental home on the central coast, or at least get a quote from someone only one I was able to find was one in santa Barbara they just did industrial buildings

    @Thomas DeLay another company I'd recommend is Madison Specs. We had Yonah Weiss help us do some cost segs and they turned out great!
