join with 100 separate investors or more on a Reg CF corporation and become a REIT or invest directly on Robinhood or SOFI apps into a REIT's Stock.

and access to tons of information, classes and education.There are also several local on Clubhouse app and a few that do podcasts..so lots to check out here.

They have an app as well.

@Brian ThackerHi Brian,Thanks for starting this thread, like you I'm very interested in partnering with other like minded investors in the area to get to that next level.There is actually a meetup tomorrow at 6:30 at the Salem Center I plan on going to (you can find it in the Meetup app).

Haven't explored Redfin, but you can immediately set up appointments through the app to view homes. 

So I would look on your next door app and check with your local hardware store for refernces for a good guy or gal to take care of the issue for you. 

I looked on multiple apps I had and never came across this property.

I’ve been watching videos & networking on the meetup app for a bit now.

I signed the loan app/disclosures Thursday night and had my appraisal on Monday.
