I disagree because you used the word "guarantee" there.

We've had some frustrations with the 2nd appraisal requirement, and prefer to avoid if possible, and probably not such a big issue on a new home vs. rehabbed, but some of the things required to be repaired after required home inspection have been ridiculous, just depending on how inspector words things and who is on the reviewing end of the report.Also, as I mentioned above, we're concerned about whether the transfers might be seen as a pattern of flipping, which requires several months from the last transfer.

Didn't say a word about the wife needing to sign this deed paper for 30 plus days of having the house under contract and negotiating repairs.

In other words, I wonder if I'd qualify for anything in those markets.Thanks for taking the time to ask.

It is worded to make the deal still feel natural and hassle free.

Don't use the word rent or even make the amount equal to rent in your ETF.

Handshake deal sounds good, but they would have to trust you on your word.
