Need an assistant

Hello all,

I am looking to hire an assistant for next 3 months or so. This could be a good position for someone who is new and looking to learn more about real estate.

Below are some more details about the position:

I have acquired a lot of rental properties for my own portfolio and my investors' portfolio. I have 10-15 closings scheduled in next 2-3 weeks and I am always looking for more properties to buy. I want to focus my time on acquiring more properties, so I am looking for someone to do the admin work for me. Deal with contractors, take before and after pictures of a place, find a tenant, meet the utility company, etc.

As I am always looking to grow my business, there will be other opportunities to get more involved.

I need someone who is very organized, good with word/excel, Dropbox/Google Drive, etc.

You must also have a car.

The job is in NW Indiana and properties are spread all over Lake County.
