@Lindsay West  2 ways, first is free the 2nd will cost you a little.  1) Those papers in the windows usually have a number of the property management thats servicing the home, or the realty company that will be or has listed the property as a REO sale.

It's worth noting that Pinellas Co. has similar costs as Orlando metro but might be a bit higher exclusively due to Gulf Coast Pinellas Co. being more hurricane prone than further inland Orange Co.
