@Joseph Pike Hi Joseph, I'd like to believe that wholesalers are making that much in the valley, but I have a friend who is a lender that met with a group of (4) four wholesalers a couple of weeks ago who said they averaged $3k per property.

My goals are to achieve a purchase of a apartment complex 200-300 unit complex in the east valley of the Phoenix Metro, I have a pretty decent understand of the idea...

Along with my parents, I am looking to learn about real estate investments, particularly in the San Gabriel Valley area, but I'm also willing to explore other areas like Riverside County, the Bay, etc.

I am currently analyzing properties in Riverside, La Puente, and Morreno Valley.

Hi @Valerie KingIf property inspections are posted online as they are most often done in Silicon Valley, a good place to get names of potential inspectors would be to look at who is doing the property inspections shown by the disclosures. 

I'm in the same situation as you looking for a duplex or 4plex in the East valley, truth is over all this area is just more expensive, so are the MFU's.
