I just recently joined this amazing and super helpful group/website to help better understand the real estate, property investing and a general over view on purchasing commercial multi housing properties. A little about me. I'm 24 years old living in Phx, AZ, I am currently in the process with my partner in purchasing our first house. I would greatly appreciate someone with way more experience and knowledge to assist me in setting some goals and giving me the tools to achieve them. I don't have the best credit and work a basic day job. I want to be successful and have the will power and drive to get there! Just need the guidance. My goals are to achieve a purchase of a apartment complex 200-300 unit complex in the east valley of the Phoenix Metro, I have a pretty decent understand of the idea... just need to some assurance in seeing the entire picture.
