Mopac is a mess but they are adding a toll road to it so that it becomes easier to travel.

If she likes to travel, then take her along to find or look at properties in new places and make a mini vacation out of it.

@Fiona Lam I also invest outside of NYC but I am able to travel often to view my properties.

I have rented my current house - did it this summer while I traveled - made tons of money.

This is not some sort of reward designed to keep people paying on time, just something that would be given to current tenants with their lease renewal package and show benefits of signing an extension.

She opted for the The Georgia "Works Deluxe" Package for about $330.The only complaint so far is that the content provider loss her progress for a few days due to some systems outage.  

You state your financially stable, and if right now  if your passion is travel, and charity work..do that and let your rentals alone,  don't rock the boat, do a minimum increase if you want, no risk nor much worry. 

Its all in the packaging and delivery.
