Greetings,

In your professional opinion, what is the best accredited, online school to take take for real estate courses before taking the state exam? I am referring to depth of information, usability of site and customer service. Cost isn't too much of an issue.

Thank you,

P.

My wife is currently studying the pre-license course to be an agent.  She did quite a bit of research on the online programs and settled on UGA continuing education program

http://www.georgiacenter.uga.edu/courses/real-esta... .  She found out that a number of the online programs use the same content provider.  She opted for the The Georgia "Works Deluxe" Package for about $330.

The only complaint so far is that the content provider loss her progress for a few days due to some systems outage.   They offered to extend her access for 30 days.
