The only way to title it in your name would be if the vehicles are specifically listed on the transfer docs, including the VIN.

@Jose Falconett I write something to the effect of "Buyer agrees to pay all back taxes and other debts attached to the property as well as all costs to to transfer the property into the Buyers name, Contingent upon Buyer researching and accepting those costs as reasonable."

That being said, don't worry about the realtor here... see if you can get HALF of that money from the seller. 1.5% of that and then tell him you're using a Realtor as a "transaction coordinator" so all the paperwork and title work gets done correctly.
