Hey BP There is a house I pass everyday on the way to work and in the summer the grass and weeds grow so high it blocks and obstructs the sidewalk making it nearly impossible to pass and people have to unsafely walk in the street against traffic.

That did slow does the traffic but now since the cameras are gone, it's a zoo there. 

The mayor is rolling out plans for Nashville's long term traffic plan because the infrastructure is struggling to keep up with the amount of people moving here. 

Have you ever been convicted of a crime, other than a traffic violation?

Of course people break the law every day and 99.9% of the time we just watch and that’s that (think speeding, traffic things etc).

Things were going great on House A renovation to daycare center, but in Nov. 2004 I was in a major traffic accident.

It is approximately 500sqft Inside a medium traffic mall.

Nate Hammond Speedway area is a decent area in my opinion BUT it has drawbacks if you don't like traffic/crowds (Indy 500 and races in general at IMS) But also has its own police force which is good and has basically everything in the town.

Is it to cool up that way to get the kind of traffic that southern Florida gets?

Talk to them; ask them about the property, the neighborhood, the traffic, the utilities, the tenants, etc.
