Empty Retail property(500sqft) possible uses?

Hii, so I have an empty retail property. It is approximately 500sqft Inside a medium traffic mall. Wondering what I can possibly use it for. Can't find a tenant rn or someone to buy it. The unit also has a storage room underneath if that's any help  thanks!! Unit is located in Scarborough Ontario Canada, if that's any more help.
