I would have been more successful on the deal if I used more patience and developed a skeleton team before I closed on the property.

I have a duplex in South east Minneapolis that I bought for 179k in 2014, which I'm very familiar with the neighborhood and have been quite successful with tenants and cash flow/appreciation.  

I have a pretty successful airbnb that I operate out of my basement.
