We spent too much remodeling it and dropped the price too quickly in a softening real estate market.

Many lenders avoid these deals due to the low resale potential, but I'm curious if there are any loan products available for this price range, especially in markets like the MidwestAlso, does anyone know if any lenders are bundling multiple low-cost loans to meet minimum loan thresholds?

They do not sell them on the open Market.

Finding deals has always been my biggest challenge and I've leveraged wholesalers, RE agents and my own marketing to find properties, but still not the greatest amount of deal flow.

He has been in the business in the area for 30+ years so he knew the ins and outs of the market.

I don't have a specific suggestion as there are so many options.

Hey Gabriel,This is very deal specific, but we don't look at it as a per door profit as there will be some months where that 1 door doesn't make anything due to vacancy, turnover etc.
