I actually hired a security guard (in uniform with badge) to have an independent witness with me; the tenant must have thought he was a police officer because he was quite compliant.

I market to seniors for stable income and minimal turnover.

But if you are a senior investor, I can see being on a glide path to fewer properties and maybe no debt.
