There are literally hundreds of contractors in a large city who could help.The problem tendency I see for new investors is that they see the various prefessions, be it contractor, realtor, or lender as adversaries.

I can see you're thinking big, but you have to carry the water to get there.Trying to be as fair as I can, I see the potential business, I just don't think wholesalers have enough equity deals to spread or split profits as their buyers will usually be local, IMO.
