Old Realtors who have retired, with money, who know how to get things done from a desk.Business owners in the construction trades, the generally fit the top category and have knowledge.Attorneys and CPAs as well as other professionals who will invest, but don't have time to bother with it all....if you want to manage for them.But really, you need to walk and talk real estate, tell everyone what you do.
