Old Realtors who have retired, with money, who know how to get things done from a desk.Business owners in the construction trades, the generally fit the top category and have knowledge.Attorneys and CPAs as well as other professionals who will invest, but don't have time to bother with it all....if you want to manage for them.But really, you need to walk and talk real estate, tell everyone what you do.

Just like a normal loan app you list assets: house, cars, cash, retirement accts, other investments, etc.

So far, my biggest mistake is that I have yet to sit down and write out my 15 year goals (to retire) and then work backwards to figure out how to get there.

However, school will be over in December, the wedding will be done mid February, and after that I won't know what to do with myself.My main bare-bones goal in real estate investing is to supplement my retirement income.  

@Joe FairlessI went to meet with an owner of a building last night about their desire to retire and what we might do to help that come true.

After my retirement from Active Duty, I plan on getting more into commercial NNN to be more hands off than managing a portfolio of SFH.

Also I came across a house that the elderly women has moved out into a retirement home and the house is headed for falling down.
