I am really interested in the potential that RE investment has to help provide an income for my family and help me slowly build a farming operation that is set up for long-term sustainability.I plan to use my RE license to raise capital and get access to potential rental properties.

The reason I ask is because I don't have experience investing in Panama but I do in Costa Rica.  

She is thinking of renting out her house for short term rental while she's gone to make up for some of the costs of being gone (she has some special need dogs that cost more to board).

Is there a chance they could catch up over time?

Well, the crew is finishing up now, a week after her moving in, and I understand it has been inconvenient for her, but the only thing not usable was the shower.

It is a lot of work to fix up and sell so I thought I would buy one from my siblings or her estate.
