Started my real estate education about two years ago after reading “Rich Dad Poor Dad” of course.

The biggest thing is get educated ,read books listen to podcasts and browse the forums here everyday.

(in my mind I read it as the the greater of 6% or 0$)

I poked around in the background reading awesome posts for all you lovely folks, and listening to the great podcast!

@Thom SouleWhen i inherited tenants, they thought i was the property manager.. since i was younger- then I told them I bought the building and I think the best thing is to read the situation accordingly.

After reading about so many different ways or avenues of buy and hold, I think acquiring homes that I can turn to HUD/Section 8 and still cash flow is my more descriptive plan.
