Hey folks!

I'm Patrick Booth, a devop from Glastonbury, Connecticut (near Hartford), here with a long overdue introduction. I created an account on BP a couple years ago while I was looking for a property manager for my house-hacked condo. I poked around in the background reading awesome posts for all you lovely folks, and listening to the great podcast! Since then I got engaged, moved in with my fiancee, and looking for that next deal to keep on with my buy-and-hold goals.
