These clogs are not pipe related but rather the tenant flushing of wet wipes and or other products that should be thrown away not flushed.

In FL now it's almost becoming a standard that won't generate much more rent but is a detractor if you don't have granite or quartz (these products are relatively cheap here in FL).

No special favors, but I think it helped that he knew I could close.By 1) being honest, 2) proving a quality product, and 3) being a responsive landlord, I was able to find tenants quickly through my network.

The foreclosed "as is" house we made an offer on was appraised at C4 and the lenders declined the conventional loan due to condition of property: floors are sloped, hole in foundation, plumbing running through heat duct.

You can even convert a quad into a 2-unit or a 1 unit into a triplex ...as long as the final product is a 1-4 unit residential property.
