Anyone have ProtitleUSA Alternatives?

I've used Protitle for many years and was satisfied with their pricing and fee structure. Their turnaround times have always been impressive even in counties that weren't digitized.  These days they no longer answer their phone, and only intermittenly respond to questions about the search they provided.  This bothers me, because I mostly get searches that have some flaws and need a question or two answered.

Does anyone out there have an alternative to protitleusa that has a similar product but with some customer service?
