I've seen lots of crazy posts here from people supposedly selling bulk REOs where they think they can repost an e-mail and tack 3% onto the deal.

There are a ton of resources (forums, blogs, podcasts, e-books, etc) and each of them provides excellent mediums to learn more about real estate investing.

They may supply some forms but will stay away from explaining how to set up a compliance management system because of liability.The attorneys will try to explain the laws and what they mean, and will take questions for clarification because they do have E and O that will cover them on that, and because, they will be very careful about what they say in a public gathering.

Around here, that could be Umpqua, Golden1…others.3.E-lending institutions, such as Amerisave, Discover...4.Loan brokers – I don’t even know how to vet them, other than a few that I have met.

Don't just scrape e-mails and blast out deals to whoever.
