Good evening!
Not only am I new to BP, I am new to real estate investing as well. Although I am only twenty-four years old I have been wanting to invest for several years now. I am currently going through the process of purchasing my first property and am scheduled to close in the beginning of May.
The reason I am just starting to invest now (purchasing a two-family home) is because I never realized that it was possible to do so many other ways (private lenders, fsbo lease options, etc.) I have already learned so much from BP and I can see a bright future in this business!
I just wanted to say thank you for the opportunity!
